Where are you from?

I grew up in the greater Green Lake area, near the County K Marsh.

​

Where did you go to college & which degrees did you earn?

St. Norbert College (De Pere, WI) - Bachelor of Arts in Theology & Religious Studies

​

University of Chicago - Master of Divinity, with a focus on environmental nonprofits

​

What secret skill(s) do you possess that you don't often use for your work with the GLA?

I love driving a manual and all of my cars have been stick shift. I also enjoy dog training and amateur K9 sports with my dog Ruby.

Where's your favorite view around the Lake? 

I grew up swimming at County Park and still love that spot, especially in the spring when birds are moving through.

Why do you care about protecting Big Green? 

Caring for the land (and water!) here is incredibly meaningful to me because it’s a part of who I am. This area has been the place I call home through many seasons of life. It’s such a gift to give back to the place that has given me so much.
