Summer Clean Boats Clean Waters Inspectors

The Green Lake Association is excited to offer summer opportunities for Watercraft Inspectors on Green Lake in 2024. The Clean Boats Clean Waters (CBCW) program is an initiative to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species (AIS) through boating and other recreational activities. The program focuses on educating boaters about the importance of preventing the spread of AIS between waterbodies and engaging them in responsible prevention methods, like Clean, Drain, Dry.

 

These individuals will engage in watercraft inspection and related tasks. These are limited-term employment positions that will run from late May through Labor Day weekend, with consideration for flexibility to accommodate school schedules. Inspectors will be required to work most weekends and summer holidays, including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
