SCIENCE ADVISORY PANEL
MEET THE PANELISTS
National Expertise. Local Impact.
In 2024, the Green Lake Association assembled a Science Advisory Panel (SAP)—a team of seven nationally recognized experts in lake restoration, phosphorus reduction, and water quality. These individuals have helped restore some of the nation’s most complex lakes, pioneered science-based strategies, and advised top agencies across the country.
Their charge: identify the most effective path to a restored Green Lake.
Their final recommendations—expected in summer 2025—will guide the most impactful actions GLA and our partners can take. Their work is a cornerstone of our strategy and a reflection of our shared belief: it’s not too late for Green Lake. With their guidance, we’re moving toward bold, informed action.
