About the Event

***THIS EVENT IS NOW FULL***

A second volunteer day is scheduled for May 19 (see event details here)

Grab your waders for a restoration day on Dakin Creek, which will include hauling trees, moving rocks, and creating habitat on one of Green Lake's rare trout streams. We'll be revisiting previous restoration areas and making improvements to new areas along Dakin Creek to ensure its latest brook trout residents are healthy and thriving. You have the option to join a half- or full-day.

PARKING: Park along the shoulder of Maug Road. The GLA will have a table set up at the intersection of Maug Road and Skunk Hollow Road, and we'll travel together in the field to head to the restoration site.

GEAR TO BRING: You will need to bring your own waders, work gloves, and a bottle of water.

RSVP HERE: This event is full and we are no longer accepting reservations.
