About the Event
Lake Class is a hands-on opportunity for participants (high school aged to adults) to learn about the Green Lake watershed from experts. A portion of the class will be out on the lake, where Dr. Don Bogdanske will discuss aquatic ecology and demonstrate water sampling. The second portion of the day will be led by WDNR stream biologist, Dave Bolha, who will demonstrate macroinvertebrate sampling in nearby White Creek.
Lunch will be provided. Activities are tailored to a high school aged audience, but all are welcome!
A free lunch is provided and an RSVP is required. Rain date July 19.
