Experience the process of making maple syrup with the Green Team. Led by the Roeper Family, this annual process includes tapping Sugar Maple trees for sap collection, then boiling the sap into syrup. Visitors can stop by anytime between 10:30-2:00.

About the Event
As temperatures begin to warm, maple sap starts flowing! Experience the process of making maple syrup with the Green Team. Led by the Roeper Family, this annual process includes tapping Sugar Maple trees for sap collection, then boiling the sap into syrup. Visitors can stop by anytime between 10:30-2:00. The boiling will take place next to the house W907 Scott Hill Road. Very accessible to anyone with mobility issues. If for some reason the event has to be canceled due to bad weather unfortunately, there will be no rain date.
PARKING: No parking on the lawn. There should be plenty of parking along the edge of the driveway and on the blacktop.
GEAR TO BRING: The weather can vary in March, so be sure to dress warmly and bring plenty of layers.
